Outdoor Meat Cookery (OMC) & Meats Judging is available to 4-H members in grades six through twelve. OMC teaches participants the art and science of preparing meat products in an outdoor setting. Youth learn the safe handling practices and preparation skills to grill beef, pork, lamb, and poultry. Participants will compete in four-member teams, with each member cooking a species. Senior High teams will also prepare a table display designed by the team.
